Ron Howard Continues to Troll from the Han Solo Set
Ever since the appointment of Ron Howard as the new director of the nearly completed Han Solo movie, replacing Phil Lord and Chris Miller, fans have been leery as to the fate of the future film. Due in part to changing hands so close to completion of the film as well as Howard's own praise of Episode I.
Luckily, it would appear that, with the introduction of Howard as the film's new director, things on set don't seem to be as tense as one might imagine. Worries were slightly abated when, late last month, Howard tweeted out an incredibly revealing photo of his first day on set.
In one of Howard's latest tweets we are gifted yet another inside look at the work going on with the upcoming film's editing process. It's nice to see that, despite hard words that have been directed at the filming, it doesn't appear to have negatively affected work or attitude on set. While Howard is fully aware of the response his tweets are eliciting from fans, it should be interesting to what grand reveal comes next.
Now, joviality of one key member of a film is definitely not a hard indicator of the film's future success. However, given Howard's nature and this display of his continued light-hearted attitude can at least be taken as a sign that we will be receiving a movie from Howard that is consistent with his previous successes.
